1. Teaching Courses:

- Nanostructured Materials

2. Research Interests: 

  • Synthesis of carbon nanotubes: Thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD), plasma-enhanced CVD (PE-CVD), arc-discharge, vapor phase synthesis.

  • Applications of carbon nanotubes: Field emission display devices, sensors, transparent electrodes, transparent resistances, transistors.

  • Sensors (gas sensors and biosensors): Including of conductor-based sensors using nanomaterials and mass-based sensors using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) coated with nanostructured materials.

  • Synthesis of the functional nanomaterials: nanoparticles, nanorods, nanowires, nanotubes.

  • Fabrication of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membranes and its application.
