Research tendencies

  • Synthesis of the functional nanomaterials using various methods such as thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD), hydrolysis, electrochemicals

  • Study of fabrication processes of micro sensors devices using MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) technology: pressure sensors, accelerator sensors, gyroscope, QCM (quartz crystal microbalance).

  • Study of fabrication processes of micro gas sensors based on change in conductivity of the nanowires: alcohol sensors, NH3 sensors, COX sensors, NOx sensors.

  • Study of fabrication processes of gas sensors and biosensors based on change in mass of nanomaterials using QCM devices.

  • Study of fabrication processes of biosensors based on comb electrodes and FET (field effect transistor) structures using functional nanomaterials.

  • Synthesis and applications of PZT (Lead Zirconate Titanate) materials (thin films, bulk).

  • Study of fabrications processes of the energy utilization, storage, and conversion devices based on functional nanomaterials.
