  • Synthesis and physical properties of nanoscale semiconductor materials, such as Si, Ge, ZnO, SnO2, TiO2.
  • Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of  nanoscale semicondurors and insulators doped with transition and rare earth metals.
  • Synthesis and optical properties of nanophosphor applied for compact and florescent lamps.
